Yes I agree eating healthy foods preferably raw vegetable juice (carrots, beets, dandelion, broccoli etc), whole grains, fruit, fresh foods keep your body alkaline and not acidic, exercise, deep breathing, moderate sun, supplementation, cleansing. Eliminate processed foods, preservatives, foods that have been sterilized, sugar, white flour, alcohol, smoking, drugs.I know you wanted a short answer so these are some examples.
