Dealing with teen pregnancy?

i am 6 months pregnant at the age of 17 and i need so much help with this child if you guess only knew. i needed to know do anybody know any florida programs instead of wic that helps teens get baby supplies like a crib and diapers and such. If you can tell me more than one thts good too. thank you.
