You probably sit in front of a computer to much. So, every hour you are on the comp or sitting doing nothing...stand up,stretch, and drink a gl of water. Then get on your knees and do girl push-ups. Do about 20 or two sets of 10 with rest in between for about thirty seconds. That is every hour your sitting around not moving. Also, try to run or walk for 30 min then move up to an hour in the mourning or afternoons. Don't forget to drink plenty of water!
