Egyptian/Arab Cuisine cookbook?

Well, I was thinking about writing an Egyptian/Arab/Middle Eastern cuisine cookbook. But i was wondering, as a non-arab/middle eastern would you be interested in buying it or learning how to cook middle eastern foods?
