Buddhism: Gotham's teachings are against Idol worshiping yet you pray Buddha statue. Is not your religion that?

Yes, Idol worshiping is not a part of true Buddhism. it came from Hinduism and other religion influences. Yes , it failed in it's birth place and flourished outside. So what does this prove? It proves one of the basic teachings of Buddhism. All "saskara Dharma"( Every thing that has a beginning or birth) are not permanent. It will change and on day be gone. Actualy buddha said that pure Buddhism wouldn't last more than 500 years after his death. So we are not surprised. You just proved that Buddhas teachings are correct, Thank You.
