How can i get rid of the sense/mytouch ui on MyToch 4G?

i want to run stock android 2.2 on my MyTouch 4G, how can i do this? simple way preferred, but will try rooting and stuff if i have to. any help is much appreciated if theres is no solution i will simply return it for the G2
