My 2 year old has these symptoms, what could be going on. She will be going to the doctor tomorrow?

She started off losing her appetite, now when she opens her mouth there is this horrible awful, dry bloodish smell, her gums and roof of her mouth are totally swollen and red and she has some white spots on her tongue(look like small cankers). She also has one pimple type thing on her chin. She is barely sleeping but seems fatigued and is not wanting to eat at all. Any ideas?????
