My kidney function is getting low. I'm scared of the impending dialysis.Is it all gloom ahead for me?

My function is about 30%, and I have dropped 7% in the last 3 months. Dialysis is going to change my life significantly. I'm scared and worried, naturally. I'm also worried about being able to work fulltime, as I have a small family to support . Anyone going through this have any thoughts?Thanks.
