Is this another Kijiji Scam?

Once they say that they are 'instructing their bank' I get suspicious. And you're right, who would buy a dress without trying it on and inspecting it? You're trying to sell, I'm sure in good faith, and they come along and are too easy a sale. Remember, "If it sound's too good to be true, it probably is too good to be true". Good Luck.
