I was in the system for 5 or 6 years; juvenile system?

Ok I was in the system for about 5 years of my life and my parents still had their right but they didnt allow me to come back into their home. So the court took over and I was sent from placement to placement and finally... I turn 18 and they boot me.. no resources, no money no nothing! I have been told that DHS is supposed to help me they arent! Can anyone tell me what my options are?
