How to get bleach blonde hair????

My hair has gone through soooo much and it is very damaged from going to light to dark to light then dark again! The last two times I've had alot of breakage from all the bleach!! My hair is like in the orangy/dirty blonde process but my hair is very dry! I need some HELP or any suggestions???? cuz I was planning to take another trip to the salon to go lighter????
