Could I get a relapse if I masturbate while sick?

I'm nearing the end of my sickness and I really want to masturbate, and I'm afraid I'm going to go into relapse if i masturbate because I've heard from people that its a strenuous activity. I really want to do it since I haven't done it for about four days, and I'm a teen.
